NumberTickSelector class

A class that selects a tick size or unit that is always a multiple of 1, 2 or 5.

num select(num reference) #

Selects the standard tick size that is closest to the supplied reference value and returns it. Subsequent calls to next() and previous() will move up or down from this tick unit.
