About JWorkbook
JWorkbook is a class library for creating spreadsheet files from Java.

This version can save files in Gnumeric format. In addition, there is partial support for the Excel file format, thanks to the POI/HSSF project.

JWorkbook is licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence (GPL).

You can download version 0.2.0 of JWorkbook from here. There are two versions of the download: one for Linux and one for Windows (both contain identical source code). The download file sizes are quite large due to the jar files that are included to support POI/HSSF (code used to write files in XL format):
